Emphasis is on the accurate assessment of customer specifications,
attention to detail, and the careful selection of components,
which results in a final product design that is easy
to manufacture and therefore a very cost effective design.

can handle projects at any stage, from writing the functional
specifications of a product from your product concept,
to developing the system architecture to suit existing
specifications. We can even take your existing completed
design and develop manufacturing procedures for fast and
cost effective time to market. SAVIA has made substantial
investments in R&D personnel to understand and adopt new
emerging technologies. We have a 10% Management to Labor
ratio, which is much higher than the standard 3-4% the
industry maintains. |

MANUFACTURING
The
SAVIA manufacturing facilities have earned ISO 9002
and EN 46002 accreditation, international standards
for high quality. Our assembly lines are flexible and
can be quickly retooled to reduce down time and keep
costs low. We can perform the full-fledged Plastic Injection of the product, Silk printing, automatic and semi-automatic bonding, manual and automatic insertion, on both single and double-sided PCB.

We
further reduce costs by taking advantage of the inexpensive
but well educated labor pool found in the Guangzhou
region of China, where we built our new factory. The
combination of geographic location and access to one
of China highest skilled work forces has lead several
world-class companies to locate their new factories
in this region, such as Epson, Flextronic, Toshiba,
Olympus, and Thomson Multimedia.
With
so many high-tech companies in the region, we also have
access to a wide variety of sub-contractors, in case
any specialized services are required. In coordination
with production schedules, our staff can source components
and materials from both domestic and overseas vendors,
keeping cost and quality in line with your needs.
